SPEED RACER NEWS
With the upcoming release of the "Speed Racer Movie" I figure it's about time to stock some diecast models. So due the end of January will be the 1:24 scale Mach5 by Jada. Also to arrive at the same time will be 1:64 scale and 1:18 scale Mach5 and RacerX cars by Ertl and Johnny Lightning. Pre-orders and more info will be up later this week. Also small scale R/C versions will be stocked once available. Below are some images of Jada's Speed Racer lines.

BATMOBILE - "60'S TV VERSION
The 1:18 scale diecast models of the cult TV version Batmobile are delayed a little further. With the standard version to be released around "March '08" and the Elite versions probably "April '08". We will keep you informed but for up to date and detailed info of the model try here.

I've added a couple of new pages to the website (and this is one of them) which will cover news about the Bongo's Basement website and products and industry news and other interesting things. I'll also add new and coming soon product info to this page for easy and quick reference.
A quick note about the website; I’ve added “Next” and “Previous” item buttons to the product pages to make browsing a little easier. Also users may notice a longer loading time of images on pages as I’ve slightly increased the image quality. This should only add about 10-20% to page load times but I though I would mention it.
