SHIPPING INFORMATION
SHIPPING- AUSTRALIA WIDE

  • Once payment is received all orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Without exception, goods will not be shipped without payment in full.
  • All items purchased from Bongo's Basement are shipped; there is no pickup facility available.
  • Shipping is calculated on the total weight of items including packaging.

All shipping is handled by Australia Post and shipped via Registered Parcel Post or Express Parcel Post. (The option to choose either service is available while processing your shopping basket after delivery address confirmation.)

All items will be delivered according to Australia Post's delivery practices and conditions, including no after hours or weekend deliveries. We recommend you use the link provided to Australia Post to review customer loss and liability.


We have shipped a considerable number of items via Australia Post and have found them to provide an excellent service considering the extreme distances and remote locations some of our items have been shipped to.


SHIPPING- INTERNATIONAL
We only sell and ship to customers within Australia. We have no facility for international shipping.


RETURNS POLICY
If item/s were shipped by a mistake we made or if the item/s have manufacturer damage or is faulty, please email us along with your order number here. We'll make arrangement with you right away. When you return the item/s, please include all original materials, e.g. original boxes, and plastic straps etc. We will only accept items if they are returned complete to us as they were shipped to you.

However, no return or exchange if:
  • We are not contacted after 5 days from date of shipment.
  • Customer did not cancel an order before it was shipped.
  • Order returned without prior contact with Bongo’s Basement or without sufficient explanation. (ie:The customer has changed their mind is not acceptable.)
Note: Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please check before ordering and keep your shipping address details current. If your order is returned to us because you have moved to a new address without letting us know before we shipped, you'll have to pay the shipping fee again to have the order re-shipped.

Any claims for items damaged or lost during shipping must be taken up with the shipping agent Australia Post.

Please Note: We do inspect all items as closely as possible at time of our delivery and shipping to you to ensure customer satisfaction. All items listed on our website are first quality or US domestic sale quality. These are the highest standard of finish and quality available to the products we sell. We do not under any circumstances deal with seconds or run of factory items.

At Bongo’s Basement we try and provide as much information to you about the products we sell whether by images or descriptive details and all care is taken to ensure this information is accurate and up to date. Although if any errors or omissions occur they are unintentional and if errors are encountered, please contact us so we can update our information.
