Shipping

The Basics

All orders are shipped via Australia Post according to Australia Post's delivery practices and conditions, including no after hours or weekend deliveries.
All orders are shipped using Receipted Delivery (or Registered) Parcel Post or Express Parcel Post and without exception need to be signed for and cannot be left unattended. If no one is present at the delivery address the order will be transferred to your local Post Office for your collection.
Without exception, goods will not be shipped without payment in full.
Once payment is received all orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
All items purchased from Bongo's Basement are shipped; there is no pickup facility available.

Shipping is included in the prices shown.


How Long
The table below indicates "expected" delivery times according to Australia Post's Parcel Post delivery service. This is a good guide for determining the times to receive your order but please note;

We try and process all orders by the next business day. So stated delivery times "start" the day after payment is received or... your payment clears Monday, we ship it out Tuesday and you get it by Thursday in Melbourne (2 Business Days).
